These are the last ones I saw for both A and B (This is from when they did the survey)

I’ll be interested to learn more about the materials planned to be used. Will the finished building be a white as shown in the render, or will local taste seek to “warm it up”?

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - Square - 11-19-2020

So no more skyscrapers?

Since the region did not receive any acceptable proposals from developers, the towers will be designed and built at a later time.

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - ac3r - 11-19-2020

This is the most boring and derivative thing I've seen proposed yet. I guess the architect really likes Santiago Calatrava?

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - Rainrider22 - 11-19-2020

They will cheap out like always and this will be completely lack lustre

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - ijmorlan - 11-19-2020

Hmmm, apparently we’re back to the more accessible tunnel under the tracks.

Did you prefer the other proposals?

I think it's nice, personally. Certainly better than I expected. The parking lot isn't great, but I imagine that half of the site is probably the part that would be slated for redevelopment with a tower in the future. The multi-use path ramp is an unexpected nice touch.

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - tomh009 - 11-19-2020

Yes, the parking lot/bus bay area would be part of the future redevelopment.

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - ZEBuilder - 11-19-2020

its definitely nicer than I expected but with it all being white it could turn out really bad if poor quality materials are used.

RE: King-Victoria Transit Hub - tomh009 - 11-19-2020

I'm pleased to see bicycle parking "inside" (well, at least covered).

On the other hand, if we're spending this much, surely we could have spent just a bit more to put in a pair of escalators?

I am at a loss for words on how I ended up as one of the dudes in one of the pictures.

Overall, not too bad. I would have expected a larger bus loop though. I also would have expected a little more parking. Other than that, though, definitely metrolink inspired design.
