Given the lack of pre-sales I assume rentals. The rental costs at Circa or Barrel Yards are probably comparable, but no one will know until the building is actually renting.

I’m just disappointed the dental office next door isn’t part of this project. It’s only a single-story building and could easily fit into a commercial unit on the ground floor of the new building. While we’re at it, extend onto some of KCI’s land a little bit and move the KCI visitor parking into the new building’s parking structure, leaving a garden area between KCI and the new building.

That all requires the neighbouring property-owners to be willing to sell, though. Including the school board.
