Very interested to see the first floors that get balcony glass. So far looks to be fairly muted window/spandrel colouring.

I don't see why.  It's just another condo tower on a podium.  Not sure what's "make or break" about that.

I think due to sheer size and given it's proximity to the tech hub. Similar can be said about Station Park which seems to be okay so far.

Even if it's not great when finished, I don't think it can "break" a lot of what King/Vic has going for it.

Fair enough. I'm just hoping for a stellar piece. Still 'all in' mentality for me on DTK and KW overall.

I think so, it’s just taller than 1 Vic (69m). This tower is 146m. I could see it poking out from Ira needles today

Working on 27 out of 45. Once they get to 32 floors and it will be the second tallest building in the region
