Notably 17yo driver. Maybe we should add better driver training and licensing to the list?

I saw on Reddit that the 9 year old boy who was hit was apparently playing rollerblade ball hockey on the street. The other kids he was playing with cleared the street for the car who was appearently going the 30 km speed limit when the one kid shot out onto the road and into the car striking its side mirror.
