Overall, Victoria and King is going to be dense. There's this, the project where Ziggy's is (I know this one is going to be very nice but I can't reveal anything), Station Park, 130 Victoria, 1 Victoria, Kaufman Lofts, potential future projects at the train station and potentially some other projects coming nearby in the future (nothing concrete yet, but I do know of some interest from developers around here).

Wow. Bring it on lol. Doesn’t get any more downtown than this in the entire region so I see no reason why not. I hope this is zoned residential with no height limit so it doesn’t have to pass by council. Chapman will have a heart attack. Can anyone confirm? 180ish metre tall tower we are talking here
