The EIWO lot at the east side of Weber at Scott has the signs back up with SOLD on them!, hoping something stars soon, lol Also the lot on the west side of Weber at Scott has a chain link fence around the empty lot.

Yes, I moved away from that area in 2002, but the residents were complaining about the 20 story building first proposed here 5 years earlier IIRC.

Noticed a plethora of utility spray paint markings along Queen downtown the past few days, and then today workers were removing this grassy patch

It would be nice to see this developed, it has been empty for a long time (like many old gas station properties).
