Excavation is well under way. This photo is from a few days ago, the shoring now comes all the way to the front of the property. I think they'll be fully excavated in a week or two.

I never thought I'd see the day that something was actually happening on this site. We used to live in that apartment building, and on that side, so definitely a welcome improvement.

They're getting ready for the crane.
Also, previously I'd speculated about this site being run jointly with the Ophelia site next door, but Otis is being done by Zehr while Ophelia is Van Mar. The fact Zehr is doing this makes me wonder how deeply Momentum has become involved in this project.

14 cranes just in DTK. The region as a whole is higher.

The underground parts were quite slow. Now that they are above ground, it seems to be progressing more quickly -- or maybe it's just more visible now.
