You can see the speed of pre-cast construction in action at the "trio on Belmont" building.

Ya certainly. It makes you wonder why more developers dont use it. Cost?

Great looking building. Is it an actual condo or just more student apartments?

Looking pretty good now.  The strange thing is the complete lack of signage.  This makes me think it will be rental units rather than condos, otherwise they would surely have been pre-selling the units for a long time already.

Better in my opinion. It is also listed as 'mixed-use', so ground floor commercial. There are a couple interior renders on the ABA website as well. Thoughts?

It looks pretty good -- but how can this be a condo building when there are no apparent pre-sales going on, not even a web site? It doesn't make any sense to me.

I live very close to this project, and every time I walk by I wonder the exact same thing... some developers have the funds/ability to just wait until construction is almost finished to start selling, that way they can ask for a significant premium for the ability to move in sooner... or maybe it will be rentals?

I think it's an upgrade. Not that I didn't like the original design, but I like this one slightly more. Well done.

And mixed use. Yes please!

This close to King in Uptown, ground-floor commercial is a must.
