Where can you find the application for the demolition permit? I checked the active build permits for the four properties and didn't see anything listed, so I'm guessing demolition permits are located somewhere else on the site? And I assume if the property to be built meets the conditions of the zoning then they don't need to notify neighbours or publish the site plans? I want to be clear, I'm not opposed to the site being redeveloped especially if it's truly going to be affordable housing, but it would be nice to know what is going to happen and when.
