I don't know what the zoning rules are in that specific location in terms of parking minimums, but the real shame is that in far too many places, things legally must be mostly parking lots.

Agreed. This time though, I was just referring to its current use as a parking lot basically adjacent to an ION station

Oh...totally agree, I just wonder what the parking lot is attached too, the whole thing is probably for sale, and it might not be legal to make less parking or more building.

I hope not though, you're right, it is right near the LRT and should not be a parking lot.
