I'm not saying that I actually expect to see this. But I do think it could work well.
In my mind, I see a mid-rise terraced building on that site, with townhomes facing the street and some wonderful south-facing terraces on the upper floors.
That would work nicely, too. But if it really is Auburn, I suspect we'll be waiting for a while.
