Really happy to see this - it's a beautiful old building that needs a little love! And not to fussed about a "skate-shop" + "BG Diamonds & Gold" being relocated for this. 
Does it work to have a wine-bar located beside "The Wine Rack"?

Now we just need Shakedown Street (yes, I know, a DTK stoner institution) to relocate, and this block will be on it's way Wink
