Churches make great music halls. I'd love to have a 750-person hall downtown with some character but given the part of the article Rainrider22 linked that says the owner doesn't feel a bar or nightclub is appropriate, it seems unlikely.

That wouldn't be impossible, but it would be a heck of a big brewery. Have you been inside the former sanctuary?
