Not sure why such a large parking lot was needed. I guess it is a fairly large or growing business with lots of trucks?
Some additional definition (permit 18-105558 MS), and this makes a bit more sense now, it really is a retain business:
"Permit is for interior alterations to an existing detached house to create a new furnace and fireplace store."
