Hey now, I'm not claiming to to have any, uh... Insider information. I'm as speculative as you guys are! Panamaniac seems to be picking up the same hints though...

Insider has now been vindicated, no?

I believe so, it's unfortunate but I haven't see any activity from Insider in a long while, I always found their posts informative.

Maybe they got tired of our impatient teasing.

Happy to see them growing so much.  I wonder if there would be some way to connect the buildings.  Having them side by side with no connection seems like a waste.

I think this is just on the former Taco Bell property:

I think it is to but I don't know for sure. According to this website the developer owns both properties. http://www.profunds.ca/invest-westmount.html

I only said that because based on the billboard's render it looks like the driveway entrance to Angel's.

Does the billboard on the Victoria side show a different render?

I am thinking it is significantly cheaper for individuals to put on a coat and go outside for a fresh 20 metre air break. Thalmic likely will need a larger space over the next 3-5 years and so newer digs might mean they would sell the first smaller building.

Not really news but I just came across the sales brochure for Trinity United Church property and it lists a bid submission deadline by April 5, 2017.

I wonder how much interest this property garnered, it's a fantastic location.
