Will there be municipal chargers in Canada? Could be, but I think that's far from guaranteed. And if the EV/charger ratio is too high, charging stations will have an opportunity. Even in Netherlands, the EVs are still a tiny portion of the car population so they will need far more chargers 10 years from now. And here governments are considerably more allergic to such public investment.
