Interesting take. They have fairly significant cash behind them from GTA players so I'd imagine if they did for some reason you'd see them return in another incarnation.

Purely speculation on my part… but if there’s a significant downturn I wouldn’t be shocked if they were the first to go, given their current strategy which has seemed to rely very heavily on the prospect of continuous growth in the real estate market
