That Drewlo building and the commercial one beside it haven't progressed much.  I was thinking that they would be further along. I then walked up to Civiv 66 and it seems like a completely different world as that project has gone up fairly quickly.  I wonder why some are so slow compared to others - it can't just be building design or materials.

Civic 66 started excavation in August 2020.
389 King started excavation in August 2021.

Yes, it's probably slower, but they are only nine months into the project, whereas 66 Civic is 21 months in.
