But I am not an expert when it comes to curtain wall systems.It is absolutely a price thing. Higher end more expensive buildings are more likely to utilize larger glass pieces. There is also a maneuverability aspect as well, windows with horizontal mullions can often be opened where as solid windows more often cant.
Like I said though, overall it's a nitpick and I really like what were getting here
