The marketing of them was quite premium, but the actual price difference wasn't huge. The same layout on the 28th vs 29th floor had a ~$15k difference for being on a McGillivray floor, and that $15k included a huge pack of upgrades (appliances, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom tiling, and more). The upgrades don't make sense for a rental, but if your plan was to owner-occupy then $15k is probably what you'd spend on upgrades anyways, and you get things like the higher ceilings that one can't purchase as an upgrade on the other floors.
