I'm really surprised they had to raise it. In the photo in https://www.waterlooregionconnected.com/...hp?tid=710&pid=84613#pid84613 they're doing the 27th floor (of 31), and it looks like there's lots of clearance between the building and the crane. They also said on Instagram it was the final height.

My tentative occupancy date was moved from Sept 30 2020 to June 1 2021 a few months ago. My selection appointment is in a couple weeks, and I hear generally it's a year from selection to occupancy, so that might get a little delayed again. At the same time, being on one of the McGillivray floors, we're the only ones left to do selections. Rest of the building has them done.
