Yes, that's along the Gaukel St side. From the main entrance back to Halls Lane. Drywall just went up in that space this week.
Due to Gaukel being pedestrianized Momentum is doing an enhanced landscaping plan along that side, so it will be different from the renders. I don't know what it will look like though, they're just getting to that now.
