Most or perhaps all of the vacant units across the street are (probably/speculation) going to be turned into an LCBO.

Rana's "new" location really isn't new, it's been there for some time.

Also, restaurants don't generally move into just any retail unit; they prefer a place with the ventilation and other infrastructure for a commercial kitchen already in place.
