In terms of live/work/play, the Trio on Belmont apartments seem like a better idea than ever, even if the "play" still needs more work.

Communitech has leased 60,000 sqft in this building, likely to expand their presence to include hardware startups.

That is a pretty sizeable chunk, especially considering their expansion at the Tannery.

Between this and the 130,000 square feet for Miovision, almost half the total space is spoken for! Communitech should be a big boost to attract other tenants.

You'd have to imagine Communitech would be a HUGE draw, and a lot of startups would now want space there

New windows now going in. Extensive earth moving as well (the pond the bordered the IHT and Glasgow is gone and all the nearby large trees as well).
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.

When it is artificial yes. It is actually pretty shocking how much earth they have moved around on a short time. There is no longer a germ along Glasgow at the trail. They are putting/replacing lots of the wet works in place of the pond. Based on how dep the puddles were along the IHT the week you'd almost think it was train on to the path - I am joking of course.
