Hello Everyone!

My name is Justin, I'm a 22 year old student at Wilfrid Laurier University, and I have absolutely fallen in love with the Waterloo community.

I'm graduating in a few months and my plan was to move back to Toronto (my first and only home!), but I may just end up staying here for at least the next little while...   Smile

My user name is "Homeless in Waterloo" because i'm working on a really cool social project by that name. Our project's goal is to reconnect our community with people experiencing homelessness or who have experienced homelessness through their photos and stories. So many great stories in the Waterloo Region go untold because nobody took the time to ask - we're here to bridge that gap!

I launched this project on March 9th, 2016 and we've received so much positive support from our community since then - we've been featured by Kitchener Post, CBC Kitchener-Waterloo and The Cord!

You can find a link to our page here: Homeless in Waterloo

I discovered this forum today and I want to be on it as often as I can. I want to use this forum to not only share the exciting things that our project is up to, but to also discover the great things that we're doing as a community.

I am looking forward to connecting with you guys.
