That would be most helpful -- Waterloo and McMaster maybe?

I've heard a different tenant is coming. Did you hear the building needs to be empty by the end of the year for yours?

Definitely not... there are a few more phases planned for the Health Sciences complex (King/Vic), and I really doubt they need extra space so urgently that they would lease the former Manulife bldg.

I think so!

Laurier has been talking about how they're out of space and landlocked on their Waterloo campus. Maybe they're planning to setup a significant downtown campus?

Though the fact it also mentions business makes me wonder if it's Velocity-related. Perhaps they're moving back in to the building.

Someone on Reddit is claiming they have inside info it's a second location of the Clay & Glass gallery. IMO that seems unlikely, but posted here for completeness.

Yeah, that seems pretty unlikely. The whole map would be gigantic for the museum, and I doubt it would be getting as much press as it is.

That's a very strange thing to claim though.

We also don't have any real info that the announcement relates to King Centre. The Clay and Glass gallery could be opening a smaller space elsewhere. Not that this changes my opinion it's unlikely.

I would have thought an announcement of its closure would be more likely than the announcement of a second location (not to start any rumours - I am not suggesting it's closing).

Not McMaster, think of a smaller presence in DTK, actually quite close to Manulife.
