I'm really (pleasantly) surprised to see the second tower proceeding so quickly. K-W developers seem to have very high confidence in the demand for rental apartments.

I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, we've routinely had some of the lowest vacancy rates in the country

Second tower is coming along now, surprised to see that it appears to be pretty tight to Belmont with very little setback. Will try to snap a few photos in the next day or two.

Crane went up for second tower in the last 10 days or so.

A separate parking structure is an interesting choice...

I expect it's significantly less expensive than putting a parking podium in each building. Given the location and the size of the property, I think it's an acceptable choice. Certainly better than a sea of surface parking, even if the parking structure doesn't look particularly attractive so far.

Looks pretty good, I think.

Hmmm, underexposed photo.  Sorry about that.  Phone cameras, grumble.

My friend lives in one of the units. Gorgeous finishes inside, and the amenities are AMAZING. However, rooms? Literal closets. SO sad Sad

Yeah, I took a look at some of the units there, and the layouts are really poor.
A lot of awkward spaces. Super deep closets at the expense of the room.

Work proceeding quickly on the second building. They're up to seven floors by my count.

They've put a lot more effort into the parking structure stairwells on both ends than I was expecting.
