6 floors of parking podium has me nervous. Currently the approved drawings call for a curtain wall system with windows, so I am hopefully we won't have a repeat of DTK.  Of course we could always get the old bait and switch once construction starts.

Overall I like it. Nothing groundbreaking, but the design appears to be cohesive. They don't have the floorplate and exterior cladding changing randomly for the last 5 floors (DTK and Vertikal). I think this could turn out to be one of the nicer towers in kitchener.

I also like that they included office space in the podium of the old tower. Hopefully they can find a tenant that wants to set up in DTK rather than one of the many suburban office parks.

The document has a tone of information and a cool 3-d diagram of how they plan to demolish 2/3rds of the existing building while maintaining the facade.
