I don't think it's the same as the lot mentioned above.  Probably building on some consolidated lots on Courtland.

I hope that doesn't mean that the European Deli and Convenience will close !!

More likely it's across the street from Jasna's; a bunch of those properties were consolidated and for sale recently.
