I will give them credit that the building is only slightly uglier in reality than the horrible render made it out to be.

Lol at those comparison photos.

I dare say: this building is perhaps the ugliest new development project in the region. I mean it is just hideous, even in the renderings where you can at least hide the fact a project is going to look like shit simply by lying. This one looked like shit to begin with and they made it even shitter. It's incredible. For fun, I'm almost tempted to create a poll somewhere so residents of the region can vote for the ugliest new building projects. It could have like...a top 3 with a runner up. I'd even mail the developers and architects letters congratulating them on designing such awful buildings and ruining the city.

Lol vaguely. They look like some cheap Chinese clone they bought at Factory Direct on Victoria Street versus a nice roof light you could get at Ikea.
