I've been lurking here long enough to know that I didn't want to relitigate the whole urban/suburban debate. Alas... My assumption was that this fell outside of the Central area of the PARTS plan, so it wasn't considered to be part of the city core, thus in the sub-urban area.
As for the project itself, it seems to be pretty unremarkable. But that's what excites me the most. We are going to need a whole bunch more of these types of projects to fill in the gaps of our city to house our growing population. Hopefully it turns out well!
