General Suburban Updates and Rumours

There's a crane up for (what I'm guessing is) a 3rd tower alongside of the Avalon Urban Towns on Highland at Ira Needles.

Looks like streetview has been updated VERY recently [Update - I looked at my place and it appears to have driven by on Tuesday afternoon and it's already live.].

Looking at the site plan application it's a 18 floor building going in, it will be addressed as 1442 Highland Rd W and contain 184 units. Looking at the building permit application though it says it's only a 17 floor building containing commerical on the ground floor. So it'll be the tallest building in the cluster at this corner for now.
