The City of Kitchener has received an update to the Zoning By-law Amendment Application proposed for 86 Pinnacle Drive. The applicant is proposing to develop the property with a 16-unit, back-to-back stacked townhouse-built form (whereas an apartment style multiple dwelling was originally proposed). The applicant is continuing to request that the zoning be changed from ‘R-4’ to ‘R-6’ with a Special Regulation Provision to permit a parking ratio of 1.375.
