Right now that site appears "unreachable" for me, so it really is bleeding edge. But honestly, these people are just trash...opposing this is insanely selfish.
The page tells me that "You Are Not Connect to the Internet" followed by "This page can’t be displayed because your computer is currently offline." -- but clearly I am online. It's a weird home page. Should be an error 404, but the webmaster clearly wants to confuse people.

Unsure why this tactic.
Someone pointed out to me that it's actually a certificate error. If you manually edit the URL in the URL bar to remove the https and just leave http then you'll get the page.
It's just a notion page, I have no idea why they couldn't figure out the right DNS entries and certificates to make it work...it's pretty amateur hour.
