Right now that site appears "unreachable" for me, so it really is bleeding edge. But honestly, these people are just trash...opposing this is insanely selfish.

The feedback that this project has received on Nextdoor has been… mixed, to say the least. I don’t want to dox him, but the man I’ve seen fighting the project is also a very prominent member in the community, so it’s a bit disappointing to not see buy-in from people like him.
The site is definitely mediocre, but they are hosting some additional images of the planned building. Notably, it has a 50/50 green roof/rooftop patio, and parking similar to that in the Otis project downtown.
I think it’s a decent template for future infill developments, so hopefully it can proceed.
