Icon 330, the first building topped out for what seems like a long while ago but progress on the cladding seems to have been little to none since that time.

My bathroom renovation - I'm hoping for this summer, but November is seeming more likely. This is all way off original plans of completion in 2014.

Have you considered styrofoam? Can be surface-treated to resemble marble, porcelain, stainless steel. Great expertise in this region, and contractors might be looking for inside work in the off-season.

Also warm to sit on. And good sound insulation.

Additional bonus: I imagine good "sound proofing" too while sitting on sculpted foam seat.
