I'm as usual very pessimistic on completion dates in town. For some reason construction projects seem to take 4x longer here than anywhere else, hence my following predictions:

1 Victoria: Early 2017
100 Victoria: Fall 2019

City Centre: Summer 2017
K2: Fall 2017
Icon 133: Fall 2016
155 Uptown: Fall 3016
Cortes: Early 2018
Princess Condominiums: Early 2018

That's not pessimistic, it's glacial.   I was looking at Lens' predictions and thought I'd add about 6 months to each of those (except 155, which is pretty much up in the air at the moment so you may be spot on with that one, BuildingScout).

We'll I'm going off recent examples: Bauer, The Grand Westmount, The 42, The Arrow Lofts, The Red, Barrel Yards and 144 Park all of which opened at least a year later than even the most pessimistic initial projections would have guessed.

The Red was pretty much on time to my recollection. The others were well over.

I drove past City Centre today and it seems a lot of progress has taken place lately. Glad to see construction moving at a swifter pace than what is usual in this region.

I hadn't seen City Centre for a few weeks and I was also pleasantly surprised by the recent progress made.

I'd say on this one you're an optimist to a fault.

September is approaching so it is time for another completion poll. Let's assemble a list of buildings which have a promised date of September 2016, and your best guess if they'll make it or not.
