You can get a pretty good view of it on Charles Street. Both towers look immense since they sit upon a hill. The 23, 36 and 44 floor towers are going to look incredibly tall. In fact, I'd define the 44 floor tower a skyscraper rather than a tower at this point as it's above 100 meters (which Emporis defines as a skyscraper). Likewise, using the Emporis definition, the 36 floor Station Park tower, Duke Tower, Charlie West, Virerra 1, 30 Francis, Tower B and C of 146 Victoria, Lower Kitchener, Q Condos and both Cambridge Mill towers will be skyscrapers respectively. There will be more too with developments like The Metz, the Smart Centres project and the Kraus Development (the latter of which I believe Building 1A will be a skyscraper).

I personally prefer to go with the CTBUH definition which is 150m for a skyscraper, 300m for a supertall. That said the 44fl tower would meet the definition of skyscraper based on that standard too (though it would make it the only skyscraper in the city)
