This will eventually become one of the densest areas in the region. There's Station Park, 30 Francis, Glove Box, 100 Victoria, 1 Victoria, the transit hub as well as future commercial developments incorporated into that, potentially a very large project at Duke and Victoria (50 floors if I remember correctly), Google, a project at Moore and King (where the old McDonald's is), a future expansion of the UW Pharmacy campus (unless that was cancelled) and very likely some more projects where those parking lots are behind Glove/100 Victoria. I can see that skinny parking lot behind 345 King eventually getting redeveloped as well. I might be remembering wrong but I think KWAG was possibly going to expand around there as well.

This is great development for the old neighbourhood. Is this speculation " a project at Moore and King (where the old McDonald's is)" or is there a legitimate project moving forward on this?
