The planning department has not uploaded it. Apparently it's available on request.

They don't seem to reply anyway. About two weeks ago I requested the documents for this project and got no response.

Anyway it’s stupid to have it available “on request” but with HTTP not being one of the accepted forms of request. There is no valid reason for a person to be required to be involved in satisfying routine public document requests in 2021.

Of course if they don’t actually give it out when an email or other format of request is received, then it’s a bit more clear what is actually going on.
