Songkuza Noodle Hut

I tried these guys out over the weekend, in large part due to this post from local food critic Andrew Coppolino http://www.waterlooregioneats.com/a-good...or-a-song/ .

He's right - it's very good. The decor is pretty stark but the food is great. Laotian cuisine, hence influence of both Thai and Vietnamese flavours. Well worth a visit.

If thats the place in the Phils Plaza, I'd assume its some affiliation with the old Noodle Hut that was there...if so, I'd back the claims (boring inside, but nice people and good food)...I was a regular in a past life...
