This could be a fairly dramatic, and disappointing shift for this site:

Where is that quote from? This would be one storey taller than the last proposal, no (post #314)? What is the disappointing aspect?

Was it not supposed to be retail/restaurant on the ground floor, boutique hotel in the middle floors and a restaurant on the top floor?
