Aha, this is the south east corner of Lester and Hickory, right?
This one has spent a long while digging a huge pit, and has installed a green tower crane.

The architect's view conveniently ignores that the green space in front of this building is a already a forest of similar sized buildings. Where are you going to throw a frisbee with your friends?

None of which are conveniently at your front door as suggested by this drawing, to say nothing of what kind of view you can expect out your window.

I think anyone buying a (condo, house, car, boat, etc) based solely on an artist's impression will be sorely disappointed.

Quite a bit of the foundation has been poured for this one. Hope to see it above grade in the next bit.

Looks like Sage is working fast to complete Sage V after the delays with the previous project. Bricks and windows are being put in while the top floor has been reached...

The race is on to the finish! I'm not a big fan of the yellow and orange exterior....it looked better in the rendering

This one's been complete for a little while now!
Now it's the home of Watchtower Restaurant. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">It's amazing to see restaurants, stores, and personal services come to the interior of Northdale! <a href="https://t.co/X2WSrqTWqO">pic.twitter.com/X2WSrqTWqO</a></p>— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) <a href="https://twitter.com/Markster3000/status/858709213127860224">April 30, 2017</a></blockquote>

They could have raised it a bit and put in flowerbeds. It would look a lot better, and save the trouble of weeds having to be removed. |
