Mall Retail (Cambridge Centre, Conestoga, Fairview)
#85
(02-08-2017, 03:36 PM)TMKM94 Wrote: According to Conestoga Mall guest services the old Target space is going to be an extended hallway with multiple stores. Which kind of surprises me since there are quite a few vacant units in the mall now. Spring Rolls to go is still Open for business it's just the full size restaurant that's closed.

About time! If HBC doesn't want to open Saks on Fifth or Lord & Taylor, and Nordstrom or Simons passes on opening at Conestoga Mall no one else will. Target has been closed for 2 years now. Smart decision by Ivanhoe. More likely to lease out smaller spaces than a big anchor these days.
