While I think you're right, it's absurd, I thought we were past the days of spurring sprawling unsustainable development through highway building...
Bah, who am I kidding, I know we're not past it, but it still makes me sad....
I was thinking more of the line of business tho, not necessarily residential. I guess large businesses might also be considered sprawl, but to have accessible employment lands would be good, assuming the cities can all get along.
