While I agree what they did is not the same as speaking at the anti-masker rallies, I think you are minimizing by saying they are "expressing empathy toward someone being locked out of their facilities".

They are explicitly expressing empathy about a church which has been locked due to their consistent illegal and dangerous behaviour, which is continuing to, in the very comment they are expressing support of, spread it's pro-disease and death message.

And that's leaving aside the fact that they are supporting a particularly questionable group in our community, even outside of the pandemic.
