According to The Record, it's a South Beach themed bar. The article interviews Giuseppe Barranca as one of the business partners behind it, and he's also co-owner of Vita Lounge and Bistro where Fork & Cork used to be in Kitchener. It doesn't mention that he's been ticketed for his involvement in recent anti-lockdown rallies in Waterloo.

That would seem to be relevant information.

I'd like to know if the owner/operator of a restaurant would consider eating at has a record of intentionally, confidently and outspokenly violating public health regulations.

It's kind of really relevant even without a pandemic.
