Happy to see something like this in Midtown, and a great excuse to hit the new Spur Line trail.

I drove by here on yet another detour route last night.

Seemed pretty quiet, although it was later on in evening. The construction in the immediate area certainly can't be helping, there is a big concrete drainage pipe about 30 feet from the picnic tables!
