Agreed. But this unit is quite small, and very much set up for take-out food. There is no shortage of ground-floor retail locations in downtown, and there are more in the pipeline (345 King W, Young Condos) so availability is not a problem.

For the time being, it seems that there is enough lunch business to keep a lot of restaurants in business.
