Sorry but I spent all my online charity budget funding some dude's bike ride across Canada and another person's unique take on LED bicycle lights that are somehow different from the thousands already on the market.

Was there a later reduction in the proposed rent increase? I had heard numbers through the grapevine that the rent increase THEMUSEUM wanted, which was too much for them to handle with the square footage available, was 60%. I'm not sure how many people could manage a 25% increase in their mortgage and taxes.
